  This is early in the game when launching the rocket. See when and where I interacted with the ladder, it popped as I got to the top. I clicked the button around 4 seconds and the timer stopped at 3.

  I stayed very close of ladder, when time reach 5 seconds left, I simply run to ladder and pressed X, at this moment the countdown were in 3 seconds left. The cheevo popped! Thanks!

  Early in the game you will have to turn a launch key and then you have 1:30 to get to the rocket. It should be plenty of time. Work up the rocket till you see a ladder you can interact with. I waited till there were 2 seconds left on the clock then interacted with the ladder and it popped. If it doesn't pop right when you hit X on the ladder just reload the checkpoint and it will put you back at the launch key.

  Here is my 100% Guide for Deliver Us The Moon!
  
  This is towards the end of chapter 1.
  After you turn the ignition for the second time (First time doesn't work, you have to go and do a small puzzle to get it to work), you then have 1:30 to get to the rocket to take off.
  
  It is plenty of time, so follow the only linear path, go up the lift, and as you push another button you see a set of doors open at the end with a ladder in it.
  DO NOT go up that ladder until there are about 4 or 3 seconds left on the clock.
  If you go up there with 5 or more seconds remaining, achievement will not unlock.
  
  Go to 15:15 in the video to see how it is done.
