  If you have used the cheat and need to get the game over screen you can go into BACKSTORY on the main menu and do the Stolen Pork Story. Simply lose all your lives and the achievement will unlock.

  After I had played through with the cheat, when I loaded a new game it would still have the cheat activated. I had to go to Manage Game in the menu and delete the saved game data and reserved space, reload the game and start new game for it to revert back to the standard 7 lives.

  You can literally dashboard, quit and reboot to lose the cheat.
