Slightly tricky, but make your ball into a puck and it'll be a LOT easier.
Offline => Mode => Hockey. Go to the right and set Ball Shape to Puck, and enable jumping. I didn't use jumping, but it might be easier. Then press
to apply, and press
to go into practice.
Gingy is a gingerbread man hiding underneath a barrel on an annoying platform near the long chute. To get there, at the start, facing the windmill, turn right and go down that path a little bit. Fall off the path to the left toward the high ramp. Once on the ground, fire up the ramp at full power, and you should flip onto the platform.
Aim for the barrel on the platform and you should find him. It'll pop as soon as you go into the barrel.
