  For this achievement, I believe you just need to try to guess a wifi password a certain number of times. I believe it was 5 times. I don't know if there is any way to successfully get into a network, but I assume you cannot. I just tried random words and eventually just spammed different letters.
  
  EDIT: Comments suggest that it takes 5 tries to unlock. Updated solution.

  -On your computers desktop there is a Wifi symbol next to the current time in the upper right hand corner
  
  -Click that and then select any of the listed networks, try to enter any password, then exit
  
  -Repeat this 3-5 times and the achievement should unlock immediately

  @Martini4Trump - updated the solution, thanks for pointing that out. I see commenters in the other solution are also saying it took them 5 times now.
