  Really Simple! You can get this on Mission 1. Simply find 2 enemies near eachother. And then start draining ones brain with and then zap the other with . Do this at the same time for this Achievement.

  Here is my 100% Achievement guide and full walkthrough so you don't miss a thing.
  
  Another easy one and can be done anywhere.
  When you get 2 enemies close together, start mashing the button and pressing the at the same time.
  Thats the brain mashing psi ability and using your zap o matic at the same time to unlock this.

  In this video guide I will show you how to destroy a human with a weapon and another with a psi ability at the same time. This can be done right away on the first level. Just simply use your telekinesis ability to pick one up, and while the one is in the air just shoot at another human killing them. That will unlock the achievement with basically no effort.
