  Turnipseed Farm, just find an armed farmer, let him shoot you so your shilds are damaged. Now mash X to get his brain and boost your shild up. Achievement unlocked.

  Here is my 100% Achievement guide and full walkthrough so you don't miss a thing.
  
  This can be done at any point when fighting enemies.
  If you get damaged, or let someone shoot you, simply mash the button, killing him and regaining some shield in the process, unlocking this achievement
