I found that loading up a solo match from the competition screen and chose Poland K16 was the easiest, as it is only two short jumps. You should be able to get around 20m per jump and win easily. This nets you $200 a pop and counts toward your win achievements. Make sure you switch the difficulty to tough in the screen after choosing your map
