    Should come through natural progression. The moment you solve the first puzzle in a pack (thus solve the very first puzzle) this will unlock. Nothing more, nothing less.

    TobyLinnMine was showing a whole bunch already unlocked since I played the Windows 8 version. I had to go to a random pack (I picked the animal one) and do a puzzle right before one that still had a chain on it.
    Once I completed it and unlocked the next puzzle I got the achievement.
