Nobody really plays this online anymore (honestly, I'm not sure anyone ever did...), so you'll have to find someone with the game who's willing to boost with you. Just play any online game with whatever options. Either win the game through skill, or through your opponent intentionally losing the game. This achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
