Colos and Suses is a tag team battle against two ogres, one green and one orange. The green ogre (Suses) can be slashed normally but the orange ogre (Colos) can only be slashed when his hands are up, while he's angry (steam coming out of his ears), from behind (if you can manage it) and while he's stunned.
Colos starts out against you and performs one attack where he charges at you until he crashes into the wall and stuns himself briefly. You'll recognise his charge attack when he puts up his fists in front of his face.
Suses will jump into the battle from time to time and kick Colos towards you. He will bounce off the wall once and switch into a body slam pose while falling to the ground and once he hits the ground, he will continue to bounce along the ground 2-3 times trying to get you, so just run to whichever side is open and climb the wall to get out of the way.
Suses will also help Colos by launching a giant boulder to him with his legs, Colos will then catch it and throw it straight towards you, so try to be clinging to the wall in anticipation of the throw and jump over it or drop down underneath it. Also note that this boulder thrown does not bounce, it goes in a straight line to your current position.
Suses' regular attack is basically a joke. He removes his loincloth, exposing his butt, twirls it up and snaps it towards you if you're too close. This is easily avoided, it's not even a real attack.
Colos will jump into the battle from time to time to smash Suses towards you with his fists. Suses now curled up into a ball will bounce against the walls the left to right, right to left and up and down. So try to climb the wall and move out of his way until he becomes stunned.
Colos will also help Suses by tossing him a giant boulder which Suses will then launch at you with his legs. The boulder will initially be launched/bounce at whatever height your character is at and bounce a couple of times lower and lower until it breaks apart. The best way is to be clinging to the wall as high as possible and let the boulder launch at that height and move down slightly to avoid the initial bounce and remain on the wall until it breaks apart below you.
