  WARNING: A buddy had one of his quests glitch to where he couldn't finish it. (The Quick and the Quickener) To avoid this, I recommend when you pick up a quest, complete it immediately instead of coming back later.
  If one does glitch on you, jump in a friend's game and complete it with them, that worked for my friend.
  
  There are 11 side missions in this DLC. All of them are completed in the areas in which you get them so no extra traveling required.

  The Dandy and the Damsel glitched on me...can't open the door (you have to use the explosive plant thingy...won't break the door, only turned it green).

  Hello I know I’m 2 years late , however can some help if they have the McSmuggler gate open I started a new game and it froze and again stuck at that part , very disappointing

  Dandy and Damsel glitched on me as well. Of course it's the last side quest to do...
  
  This vid got me through the glitch. More jumps than a Maple Story Jump Quest, but it worked for me. Thanks to the fella what created the vid :P FYI - Turn brightness up all the way, it helps a lot.

  If a mission glitches on you, you can splitscreen this with a new character. (Useful if you don't have any friends or want to bother them)
  
  Load up a second account/controller and new character. You'll need to progress the main story line until you get onto Sanctuary III and finish the mission there.
  
  Then go to Gehenna, complete the first mission and then go find your mission which glitches.

  If quick & quicker glitches... Aka follow slim. Go to main screen set it to vault hunter mode and then select start add ons. Unfortunately you will have to play about an hour doing main quests. Once you have done the quest where you put the eye ball in the chair to reveal a fast travel, it will take you back to Vestige. Finish up the stuff there then the side quest will be there at the coffin lady, then do the quest and the achievement will unlock.
