  You need to revive 100 people in any amount of matches (must be done in PvP matches) the best rogue to get this fast is saint as he has the ability to revive anybody of your team thats down across the entire map and has faster revive perk for $6500 saint is definitely the rogue you need to choose to get this achievement faster
  
  Edit: As mentioned by Maxumilli0n Chaac self revives also give you progress but it won't show in the scoreboard thx for Maxumilli0n for commenting that chaac also works

  I recommend sticking with your team. This will usually make it so that you aren't killed off right away as chaac. This gives you time to can get behind cover and self revive. Also if you play strikeout I think the ability will passively regenerate whereas in domination and extraction you can only use it once per round. Hope this helps!

  Fast revive is now 5k. Play Saint on Stikeout and buy your main weapon and fast revive at the beginning. I was getting 10 revives a game.

  I also did it with Saint the medic since he can send out a revive drone to teammates as the main ability. The ability is not used up if the revive is unsuccessful.
  
  I played 6vs6 team deathmatch. The rounds are fairly short and there are many opportunities to revive your teammates. I got around 7-10 reviews per round. Be aware that the revives won't count if you get disconnected during the match.

  *First Aid* "Revive a total of 100 players"
  This achievement is pretty self explanatory revive 100 people
  The best mode to this on is Strikeout as they are a lot more opportunity to revive someone.
  The only good revival Rouge is Saint as with his ability *Revive Drone* he "Send a Medical Drone to revive a downed friendly anywhere on the map." so you don't need to be near someone when they are down.
  
  The only other Rouge where you can get easy revives is Chaac
  as with his ability *Stim Pack* he can "Overheal yourself for a duration or revive yourself while down." and with his second option of reviving himself count as a revive towards this achievement just not in the game on the scoreboard.

  If you don't care about the win, you and a full group of four can pair off and just take turns downing yourself with your throwable melee weapon. I recommend the full group so that you don't cause any frustrations for people not in on the boost.
