Copying over my comment from the Crater's Hero solution for more visibility.

'Tour Entry Ticket' and 'Crater's Hero' were unobtainable for a short period of time from Sept. 2020 to Nov. 2020. The latest update has fixed this and the previously mentioned achievements are tracking wins again making them obtainable.

Seems like this is possibly broken now. I’ve won in a normal social match and in the bot matches but no achievement. This has been unlocked by people everyday but nobody has gotten it since Sept 2nd. So I’d say it’s broken now.

I wish they will fix this because I won already and win 100 games should be at 50% if they fix it.
