I had the same problem with it not unlocking, but I tried again and now made dure they where all 100% at the end of the mission. Repair when needed. Didn't lose a single Plasma Rhino, and nothing popped at the end. I even had a save before the level ended, and I healed them up, and still nothing.I did lose a couple normal Rhino, but that can't be part of this can it?Guess I'll try again on easy once I get all the skulls. OK, did it again on easy, with all the buffing skulls turned on.
