Mission 12 - The Maelstrom.

Can be done on any difficulty. Kill all the enemies that crawl out of nests in all three locations. Once the third nest (doesn't matter what order) is cleared, the Queen will show up, simply kill her for this achievement.

In order to challenge this mini boss you will need to find the 3 grub nests in the map. There are two on the right hand side of the map and one on the left. When you get to the nests it will spawn a bunch of grubs. There are frequently more than one wave of spawns as well.

Once you have successfully cleared out a grub nest you will get an in game update with x/3 nests cleared. Once you complete the 3rd nest the queen will spawn and when you have finished her off the achievement will pop.

She has a few more attacks than the other bug bosses that look similar. When she does the big shockwave attack just jump over the ripples to dodge it. It's a pretty easy fight and you shouldn't have much trouble beating it.
