You can view the shooting improvements in the upgrade menu. You shouldn't have a problem affording to buy all of these by the end of the game and honestly most of them aren't necessary besides for a select few enemies. Here they are:

Furious Shooting
Furious Bullets
Wide Shot
Improved Wide Shot
Mega Shot
Improved Mega Shot

Wide Shot and Mega Shot can be learned naturally as you progress through the game so don't worry about those and buy the improved versions afterwards.
