This achievement requires a little bit of chance.
First, you have to make sure that you're 3x1 grid has red as an option, as it can be any combination of red, blue, orange, yellow, green, and purple. If red does not appear as an option, restart the game until it is.
Second, the "in 25 seconds" is in the overall timer - it is not placing 5 red items correctly within a 25-second window. This can be cumbersome as the item colors that you are given are random. If you do not manage to get this achievement within the first 25 seconds of the timer, restart until you get another red and try again.
