  - Settings Tab 》 Share & Manage Files 》 Download Community Files 》Search "Cheevo Guides" and Download my Custom Roster
  - Now LOAD the Custom Roster (It doesn't load automatically after download)
  - Franchise 》Create New League
  - Offline/Use Active Roster
  - Select the 49ers *Custom Roster* (They are Ranked 99, and have the #1 Draft Pick, Joe Burrow)
  - League Settings 》Quarter Length - 1 Minute
  - Start League
  - Advance/Sim to Regular Season
  - Play the 1st Game of the Season against the Cardinals. (We only need to participate in 1 play after Kick Off)
  - After 1 play, Press Start 》Supersim to end of game
  - Advance Week 》Sim to Playoffs
  - Sim 1 week at a time until the week BEFORE the super bowl
  - You will see a "Yearly Awards Tab". Your achievements will pop right here. *May pop a little delayed

  I was a little sceptical as “Joe Burrows” was nowhere to be seen on the rosters for me but following this guide EXACTLY still got me both achievements. Thanks. 👍🏻

  I used the Cincinnati Bengals for this achievement, but you can do it with any team that has a good rookie. The easiest would be Cincinnati (Burrow) or Washington (Young).
  
  1. Go to franchise, active roster, pick Cincinnati, head coach, start regular season.
  2. Max out all of Joe Burrow's attributes to make him a 99 OVR.
  2.5. Also change his dev trait to X-Factor and when it is revealed you will unlock

  3. Sim to Super Bowl, as this is when yearly awards get announced.
  
  I got this first try using this method, but if you don't, just try again and it shouldn't take long.

  Does this have to be offensive? I got ROTY with a defensive player and it didn't unlock.

  I just got offensive rookie of the year with a WR I drafted and it did not unlock for me either.

  It's better do this type of achievements with a downloaded custom roster, the one with a 99 OVR team so you can sim all season and unlock more achievements at the same time.
