I did this at the Pearl Mountain Golf Course, with a TaylorMade Sim driver, although driver choice shouldn't matter much, but will be easier with a driver that gets more distance. There was no wind on the round I did it, but will obviously be easier if you are hitting downwind. The Pearl Mountain Golf course has a lot of downhill holes and fairways, which means you will get a lot of roll out of the ball and extra carry distance and plenty of chances to get this in a round if you miss the fairway or don't get the power. Playing on an easier difficulty will make this much easier because you have more leeway in hitting a straight ball. There were multiple holes that I met the requirements on, but this actually didn't pop for me until I hit over 350 yards with a swing of EXACTLY 103% power. I had hit a 105% and 104%, which didn't pop it. It might be worthwhile to practice getting 103% power at the driving range!
