You can get this and Hetric achievement without playing the game twice.
After you defeat the last boss, you get two choices, choose one of them.
Once the credit start you get one of the achievements.
Just exit and close the game and start it up again and you start from the last save point and you can defeat the last boss again and choose the option you didn't choose the first time and when the credit roll again you get the other achievement.
