  This is easily done on the Bar level. Wait for a crowd to gather outside the bar and then run them over with the yellow car. Now, just run around stabbing people until you have earned a combo of 25.

  One very easy although somewhat tedious way to earn this achievement is:
  
  1. Simply load up the first level
  2. Kill the guy that spawns right next to you
  3. Pause, select restart
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you're at a 25x combo!
  
  This works because for some reason the game will not reset your combo when you restart a level through the pause menu.
