  I was, like others thinking about the achievement was glitched, but I found the way to unlock it:
  
  - First you have to play against the IA, I couldnt get it with 2 controllers.
  - And the most important thing I see, is that you have to be ABOVE the speed so you dont take damage when you finish the race. I put a video where I show you how I get this achievement, and C4 and The Destroyer

  It can be unlocked with 2 players without IA, but it doesn't work with only 1 lap, you need set at least 2 laps.

  1 lap 2 controller work for me as well. the issue I think people are having is that the finish line also heals, first time I did it I crossed the line and the flames went out. The next time I crashed into a lot more walls and drove across the finish line at 13 health remaining and it popped (I was also driving fast enough for me not to be taking damage, don't know if you need to)

  So for this achievement set up castle funfair on an online mode with yourself and a friend or use a second controller with the AI turned off. Set the difficulty to normal. Lap count set to two. What you want to do is cross the finish line and be less than 25% health whilst your speed is higher than the mark that starts taking health away from you. Easily boostable with a friend if you know what you're doing.
