    Actions
    Once you get to Colorado, you'll have a bit of a chat with The Patriarch,
    then you'll be invited to step into the base.

    If you question Kwon, you'll learn that this is your new base.

    But you have to enter the computer room to stop the intruder alert.

    Fight the 3 robots,
    install yourself as command when given the choice,
    then this should pop.

    Omni5876Don’t need to fight the robots. Tell them you are from IT and walk right past them.

    Part of the story and canot be missed. You will get this upon reaching the new Ranger HQ, immediately after finishing the Ambush Site intro area.
