  Simply load the Pro Clubs menu, edit your skills in the Player Growth section and within the Dribbling skill tree, spend 4 skill points on Ball Control Focus.
  
  This will also net you the following achievement:
  

  The Path to Victory achievement in FIFA 21 (Xbox One) worth 56 pointsUnlock all the traits within a skill-tree in Pro Clubs
