So this is not really a solution as there is still some skill required, but at least some tips to make it a bit easier.
It's pretty obvious that having a big center signifcantly increases the chances of getting that achievement easy.
But you can also obtain it with a player on every other position. Having added some points to your defensive rebound ability helps and trying to stay near the basket also does. Near the start of your NBA career you will almost always be outmatched, not only by your opponents but also your teammates.
Don't let that hold you back in trying to go for it.
I finally did it halfway through my first season. I also could change the minutes of my teammates at that point and made sure we had a small lineup. Then I went for every rebound in a game with 8 minutes quarters playing as a relatively small SF.
There was still a bit of luck involved, but with longer quarters you should easily be able to get it.
