With the way they structure seasons, any current spotlight challenges will expire once the season ends and a new set of spotlight challenges will be available.
You only need to complete one set for the achievement.
They can range from Triple Threat games to full 5 on 5 games.
Each game has a specific player/win condition (i.e., use Michael Jordan in your lineup and get 10 assists with a player in a game).
If you feel the challenges are too difficult, you can wait until a new set is out.
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Season 1 Challenges
Here are the requirements for each game to win and complete the first set (Playoff Stoppers):
Game 1 - Use 1 Bulls player in your lineup and win.
Game 2 - Use 3 Lakers players in your lineup and win.
Game 3 - Use 5 Lakers players in your lineup and win.
Game 4 - Use 5 Warriors players in your lineup and win.
Game 5 - Score 70 points and win.
The first two games are on pro difficulty. The rest are on all-star difficulty.
If you want to get this as soon as possible and don't have the required cards, you'll need to either purchase packs and hope to get players or buy them from the auction house using MT (if it's available in your country).
If you're having trouble getting the wins or scoring, there is a play you could use from the Nets Playbook called Cut 21 Dive. It's similar to Quick Thru STS from 2k20 but it does require some work via basket cuts. There are also plays you can use from the Hawks or Mavericks playbooks. However, if you don't have the playbooks in your possession, you may have to pay a lot of MT to get them from the auction house.
You can also use these plays when grinding the Domination achievement.
EDIT: Some other tips I'd like to share as I had to do the last challenge three times because the CPU is ridiculous.
-Find a good defender and put them on Gary Payton. He scores A LOT. Limit his ability to shoot or run to the basket.
-Lock down Ben Wallace. He is very good at getting position and scoring too. Don't give him room.
-Keep all defenders close to their man. If you see your guy is too far from one person, switch to them and keep them as close as possible. Don't let the CPU pass to them as they will make it if they're wide open 95% of the time.
-The CPU eventually scores. No matter what you try and do, they're so good at adjusting to your play. Do your best to defend but don't get too discouraged if they score or go on a run. As long as you play good defense, you'll have a chance.
Good luck and happy hunting!
