From the main menu, go to:
Kick Off -> Local Match.
Choose any 5-star team (for example, Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona, Liverpool R) for your team and any 1-2 star team for your opposition (for example, Waasland-Beveren in the Juliper Pro League).
On the Pre-Match screen, go to the General Settings menu, select a Match Level of Beginner and a Match Time of 10 mins.
When the match kicks off, get the ball and pass it back to the keeper. Before the keeper receives the ball, press the lobbed pass button to first-time clear the ball into your own goal. Repeat this once more to make the score 0-2. Then, start playing and scoring goals. It should be an easy victory. The achievement will pop at the end of the match just after the final whistle.
