Start up "Things you wouldn't Believe" and proceed until you get to the first section with spiders use tempest to kill them all make sure you have the upgrade that gives you another charge when you get 2+ kills with a single use equipped. After you kill them all just quit out to the main menu and re select the same level and do it again it will save your progress and unlock the achievement.

What I did was Combining this Achievement with the Achievement for Completing a Level without Dying

GhostrunnerR is for RunningThe R is for Running achievement in Ghostrunner worth 141 pointsComplete a level without dying

So I completed Level 2 "A Look inside" without Dying and after that Level was done I went back to the Main menu and started the Level "Things you wouldnt Believe" and killed all the crawling Spiders at the beginning of the Level and Immediately after ive killed them all the Achievement Popped.
That way you can do both Achievements together :)

If you prefer a Video Guide I have uploaded a Video of me doing exactly this Method

Good Luck on obtaining it Guys

OsakamitsuJust a thought and maybe a stupid one. But since you were able to back out after completing a level and start a new one to continue on with the achievement... I wonder if it's possible to cheese this by loading up "Things you wouldnt Believe", then using tempest to wipe out the seeker dudes. If you use tempest you can equip the refund ability and every time you kill 2 enemies at the same time you get the full recharge back. Can also you the general focus one that speeds up the recharge to use at the beginning of the level, its looks like a cross. But I am wondering... what if we loaded this level up, wiped out all the seekers with tempest incredibly easy... got to a check point, exited to main menu, then reloaded the same level and repeated this. Has anyone tried anything similar to this?

Pogo3DIt's not that hard. You need to start the level "Things you wouldn't believe" and equip all the upgrades for Tempest skill and make sure to have the upgrade to quicken gaining the focus.
So, at the beginning of the level you fire the tempest at the crawlers, grapple above the rest to get to shuriken and with this you finish the rest of them.
After jumping on drones you reach a killroom where you move around it and have another shuriken item - finish the enemies with this.
Proceed through the level until the platform with five ninjas. Here you fire your tempest, if you will be able to take down at least three ninjas achievement should pop.

Here is the Video showing this (not mine - credit to nekov4ego).

I found level 15 (the third to last level) the easiest, because the spider like enemies are easy to kill, and you can get up to 15 kills very early on in the level. Of course it still might take some attempts but there is very little combat needed after the initial set of enemies. The next 5 enemies you encounter might be the toughest part but sneaking around corners to quickly slice enemies and back away can prove to be useful if you are impatient and cannot wait for one of your abilities to recharge. The last set of enemies (only 3 of the 5 here need to be killed if you were efficient earlier in the level) you need to kill can easily be taken out using your Overlord ability.
