How to unlock the TLAD: Full Chat achievement

    Actions
    There are a couple of ways to build up Terry and Clay's toughness.

    1) Once you become the Leader of the Lost you can call on them as back up, same as calling up friends for various things in GTA IV. When you do this they will appear and ride with you. As you ride you will do so in formation, you get 1% toughness every minute or so while riding in formation. So you can just ride round for a while until the achievement pops.

    2) Call them up as back up on missions and Gang Wars. Their toughness will rise with completion of each successful mission or event. So just make sure you call them prior to each mission to back you up

    TetraVegaJust so everyone knows, you can't call Terry and Clay for backup until about a third through the storyline...

    Actions
    For some missions, Terry and Clay are automatically there backing you up. For these missions, both of them will gain 12% toughness. For the missions that you manually call them for backup, they will gain 8% toughness and for gang wars they will gain 4% toughness. If one of them dies during the mission, they will not earn any toughness for that particular mission. You can also call them for backup and once they arrive you can just drive around for a while and they will gain 1% toughness every minute.

    As the others suggested before me, but from the beginning of the game I did only Gang Wars. The achievement unlocked at around #19, this is without doing anything other than Gang Wars from the moment the option was available.
