  World 4 is glitched. I TRIPPLE checked. I have every orb and the feather will not unlock in the center.

  try deleting the save and reinstalling the game that usually works for buggy achievements

  So for the worlds with the tedious grab the orbs THEN the feather unlocks, you need to not hit a checkpoint while the orb is in transit to the destination or it will despawn and you need to reload the level to get it finished. I got it messed up on the pirate ship/whale level

  There are 11 feathers in this world. Assuming you came from the previous games, note that the circles the feathers are in do not disappear. The "oranger" double spinning disk things are checkpoints, they make a different noise too.
