At the time of writing (3-Aug-2011) this is easily boostable during North American daytime (don't know about other times but we did it during this time) with another partner.

Both start a head-to-head ranked match, and deselect the first four maps to ease trying to find each other. Then start to find each other. Once you find each other have one person concede/surrender the match. Then as soon as the match ends both start the search again and based on timing you're almost always able to find each other again. Trade wins this way and you should be able to pull at least 20-30 wins an hour each.

You can also get the other achievements based on ranked wins using this method:

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II (PC)Hail the ChampionThe Hail the Champion achievement in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II (PC) worth 130 pointsEarn Champion rating 20 times during online ranked play in Dawn of War II.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II (PC)Flawless victoryThe Flawless victory achievement in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II (PC) worth 65 pointsAchieve an online ranked victory with 500 victory points remaining in Dawn of War II.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II (PC)Winning rushThe Winning rush achievement in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II (PC) worth 94 pointsEarn a 5 game Win streak during online ranked play in Dawn of War II.

    just to name a few.

HingedMonsterI'm guessing this is definitely glitched then. My boosting partner popped his at 99 and I'm still waiting for mine at 116. Anyone know what the cause is?

i know that this is a lot of boosting, but heres how i've got about 30 wins in an hour. You find someone willing to take it in turns to boost and simply surrender as soon as possible and the wins stack up. To try to make sure you are with the partner you can prefer him/her and avoid any other players online. It's also easier to go on at a time when there are very few people. Good luck.

I found a great link with tips how to win if you don't wanna boost

HolyHalfDeadThis is a really great solution, especially if you don't get the achievement after 100 wins like me. I got this at 161 wins. I think this happened because I was alternating between two computers and the cloud save was resetting my progress. When I didn't get the achievement at 100 wins I carried on playing on the same computer until I got the achievement.

HolyHalfDeadTo speed up the matchmaking, have one person start searching and when it says it has found 1 game have the other person search. If you both search at the same time you will both create a new game and you will have to wait well over a minute for players to join your game before it re-checks if there are any games you can join.

Using this method I was able to get 1 win per minute. So long as you pick a time when no one else is playing you can get this achievement in about 100 minutes.
