You can get this when the game introduces you to your first enemy.
Make your way to the car that's raised on the lift at the back of the garage. Just crouch walk to avoid alerting the enemy. Once you get to the lift button which is behind the shelf near the car, throw a rock under it to distract the enemy. Just wait for him to walk under the car and hit X to drop it
