How to unlock the Raising Conquerors achievement

    We can create a custom game type where you auto win as soon as it loads in. It's quick to set up:

    From the main menu, go to Tools > Scenario Editor.

    In the top bar, select the Scenario dropdown, then Scenario Data. Set number of players to 2. This is technically unnecessary, but I found that the game loaded a fair bit faster with only one AI to set up, rather than seven.

    Now select the Triggers dropdown, then Triggers. A box will open at the bottom left.

    Click Insert to add a new trigger, then below the insert buttons select Effects. Now, on the right click the dropdown next to Type. (By default it will be set to SetIdleProcessing). Set it to You Win, which is right at the bottom.

    Hit the Save icon top left, call it whatever you want. Now hit File and Return to Main Menu.

    Now, select Multiplayer and Host a Casual Game. Set the Game Type to Scenario and select the one you just made. Ignore all other settings and hit Host Game, then Ready up as soon as you're in.

    The game will start. After a few seconds you will win, then you will be booted back to the MP menu where you can repeat the process 24 more times (for the 25 MP wins achievement).

    Notorious KiwiSuper helpful guide thanks mate, same with INSURGENTALPHA it unlocked Alliance for me which was a pleasant surprise. Cheers again.

    HolyHalfDeadMust have 2 teams. I don’t have the Free For All option that you have in your video. I just added a second player and set it to AI.

    I didn't have that downloaded when I made the video earlier. Updated just now and I get the same error. Setting it to two players works, as HolyHalfDead noted. In theory you could leave it at eight, but I found that the game loaded a fair bit faster when it only had to set up one AI.

    Previously, if the player count wasn't set to 1, all the AI slots would have to be manually filled every time you hosted a lobby. It still worked, but was a lot more clicking. Looks like the AI slots are autofilled now.

    I've updated the solution and added a new video.
