  This achievement is for defeating a DedSec Adversary.
  I got this achievement by getting incapcitated and going to the same guy that 'killed me' and then neutralized him. Once you kill him it should say "Adversary killed" and the achievement should pop :)

  Hi, this popped for me after I had been “incapacitated” by an enemy. I went back to the same enemy where he showed that red symbol over his head. Once I KO’d him the achievement popped.

  Does the permadeath feature need to be on for this or can you get it with it off?

  I’m using permadeath off, but the adversary tag does show up if one of your other operators has been downed by an “enemy”, so would assume it would pop with permadeath on.

  for me i have died multiple times and yet it still isnt showing up with an enemy as an adversary. any idea why this is happening.

  Could be the time of day. If you're having trouble finding the same enemy twice, add them to your potential recruits before letting them down you then use the deep profiler to find out where they'll be and when.
