At the end of Dolores' chapter on the floor, you can find a tape. Or you can go into the very first room you're introduced to, close to the progress room and find one on a lower shelf inside a display cabinet on the back wall. I'm not sure whether you need to finish a chapter first or you can do this straight from the start, will edit if I find out.
