If you don't intend to do it in the legit way (which is pretty easy thanks to the Cross play function - you can find plenty of players right now after release) grab a boosting partner, create an online lobby (preferably invite only or just for friends) and pick Interceptor game mode. Whoever play as a racer must go as fast as he/she can while the other player (who is the cop) hits the break as soon as the game starts. By doing this the race ends much faster than if you just start chasing each other until the finish line. You can choose between a Cop or a Racer any time in the lobby with pressing the
button. (In case if you wanna trade wins race by race.)
