In Chapter 2; after you dance with the tribe and when you wake up in the hut, leave the hut and look to the right. There will be a potted plant with 3 leaves. Go up to it and interact with it. You should see Carto clapping. Keep doing this until a red flower sprouts. Once that happens, you should get the achievement.
