    For me this didn't unlock when I got the penultimate achievement (watching the credits till the end). I had to quit the game and load the autosave, which caused this achievement to pop.

    segagamerI think they might have fixed it as I got this achievement after the credits one without needing to quit.

    Brave TanukiLike a previous commenter stated, you don't have to fully quit the game. It should unlock after you load your most recent save.

    Edit: only error i spotted in this guide was at the very end, you need to go through the R door not the W door to get to the mouse hole
