2: It is located in the Kitchen/Dining room area on the second floor. As soon as you enter, It'll be to the right of the table in front of you.
3: Enter the courtyard after getting the second R.C. car and the third one will be zipping around the courtyard. It will stop near the dumpsters left of the Tattoo Parlor.
4: In Helena’s Mind sequence, where you walk with the TV, go directly to a door in front of you, and follow it to a room that needs to be plugged in. Inside, on a table is the final RC Car.
