    The earliest you can do this achievement is as soon as you walk into the hotel. Press cn_Y to open your directives tab, then (I believe) press cn_X to take about 2-4 Synchronize Pills, one right after the other. Afterwards, your vision should become slightly distorted, and the achievement should pop up.
