    After you finish Amir's dream sequence, you will find a jar near his body with 2 apartment numbers on them. You will get a case file saying you need to speak with the tenants in Room 112 and Room 209. Go to both apartments and talk to each tenant and the achievement should unlock once the second conversation is over.
