    This achievement requires you to speak with Paulina, who is in room 113, which will lead you to room 114. Inside will be Pieta, who is hooked up to a machine. You can scan her neural implant and connect to her mind. Once you are done with the dream sequence, you get to decide whether to reboot the system or restore the connection. Once that decision has been made, the achievement is yours.
