To start off, you'll need to get Adam's Data storage unit, which is in Adam's apartment at the beginning of the game. It's located in the rightmost cupboard in the kitchen. Afterwards, once you reach the basement after Helena's dream sequence, you'll be in a chop shop. There is a lever on one end of the room that turns on power to the decrypting station. Place the object onto the station, which will give you files on the computer and the achievement should unlock.
