This bossfight is located in Loname near some edifications (or you can encouter him on Wakiri near the end of the game), pretty straightforward. He spawn critters and deal massive damage if you don't use your shield. In order to deal him damage you need to make his eye glow (deal blast damage a couple of times) then inflict Duo Impact damage.
