    Found a very easy way, don’t know if it works for everyone:

    Go to Tonnastadir in Ledecestrescire, after you have done the quest related stuff there. If the leader is dead, all the guards will still be marked as enemies to you, but they will NOT attack you, even if you kill them in play sight.

    GoogleTrixIf you are trying this in any area, chain assassination counts twice.

    Bleeding PepperJust to add, this carries over from one encounter to the next, or even from one chapter to the next. I started mine in the prologue chapter in Norway and it unlocked after I assassinated 3 enemies in England.

    FierceBunThe achievement is very literal. You can save and load and assassinate the same guy 10 times if you want.

    The place where I made it is Haervik Shipyard (Middle off Rygjafylke) here are many enemies standing alone.

    It is not possible to complete this achievement with the bow. You need the hidden blade for this. The Chain Assassination Skill is also useful to use for this achievement.

    In between the streak you should also not be seen by a wolf as you will go into a conflict.

    exorrMine was at 90 after 10 or so kills but I kept going and it popped at around 15 kills in a row.

    rickGamerIf anyone is still having difficulty with this then there is a farm/fields called Daeltun in Eurvicscire West of Donecaestre. I had difficulty with this achievement until I got it by accident going into these fields where there are a lot of enemies to kill and standing alone.

    An easy location is in Ledecestre in Ledecestrescire. Head to the viewpoint and you will find 6+ enemies patrolling a church here. They should be easy to take out one by one. Unlocking the Chain Assassination skill will make this even easier. After assassinating the enemies at the church, look around the city for more guards on patrol, they won't attack you on sight.
