This achievement will pop up between watching some cut scenes that occur at the end of Ch. 5 (The Liumang Man) and before the beginning of Ch.6 (Ignition).

The 2nd time the story takes you to the Factory to investigate will be the last part of the open-world portion of Ch. 5. Once you go to the train station you will initiate a LONG series of events that will lead you to about half-way through Ch.6 so make sure you're all up to date and geared up!
