  Very easy to do.
  
  Go to the Effects Mode from the main start menu and these are the top 3 game modes in this mode.
  
  You also don't have to clear the relevant mode, simply open the mode you want to do and just keep pressing UP on the D-Pad to make the tetronimo drop quicker when it fills to the top and the game is over.
  
  Choose quit and then click the next mode and do the same, after the 3rd mode is done it'll pop straight away.
  
  You should be able to "die" in each mode in less than 3 seconds if you can click up on the d-pad quick enough.
