Earn enough lifetime RP (think xp) across all activities to reach Global Tier 10 (think level 10). You mostly earn RP for your bets paying out. The RP gain is proportional to the size of your wager/payout. RP isn't gained when your winnings are offset by simultaneous losses (e.g. betting Red and Black on the same roulette spin doesn't earn RP if one hits). I don't feel comfortable recommending particular games/bets, as they are all designed to lose over time, and it's addictive, and they want your real-world money.
