The Path More Traveled achievement in The Four Kings Casino and Slots

This is in the Treasure Trap slot machine and is cumulative across all sessions and sittings. Regardless of how much you bet, when 3 or more silver circle Bonus Symbols randomly land in the frame, the Bonus Round will begin. The 1st Room is just a random choice to pretend you have agency. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Rooms have 3, 6, and 9 tiles from which to pick, and in each room you must pick a tile with a randomly placed key. Finding a randomly placed skull before the key ends the Bonus Round and gives you a trap towards the lifetime cumulative achievement:

Skulls become more likely than keys, so don't expect a 1 in 8 chance of surviving from the start to the end -- appears to be more like 1 in at least 100. The 5th Room will either be the Treasure Room or a Dead End and will award you with the Safari Jacket. This achievement requires you to eventually get to 5 Dead Ends.

There's no achievement need to bet more than the minimum on this particular game, so it may be wise to save your chips for achievements that do require riskier bets.

ok, after reaching the dead end 5/6 times and no achievement, i contacted the dev's they are aware of a problem, they told me, could be 6/7 times to unlock.. As they are looking deeper into it.

It unlocked for me exactly on the 5th dead end. In total 5 dead ends and 6 treasure rooms.

has anyone worked out if there is a way to figure out where the key is going to be? I've made it to the end once and it had treasure in. I've been grinding this one for days now.

There is no way to tell were the keys are as it's all rng. I'm currently on 3/5 dead ends. The one thing I do notice is that in the first room, there is never a skull in the first trapdoor

This is the most aggravating achievement in the game. Glad it’s done. I had to get 7 to unlock.

I have come to the conclusion, that no matter what the odds are that you will get this if in the hundreds of thousands %.... It DOES NOT MATTER.
I think the game literally assigns you a random value every hour or so.... Or day... A RNG value per say... And you either win high bonus rounds or or not. You may go 300 spins with no bonus. Wait a couple days, and you can't lose. Same on pokers. All of A sudden game will gift you every card.you need.
It seems all predetermined. There is no randomness in this game.
If you pay attention to slot machine wheels... You will notice as they stop, the one above the top line NEVER matches up ( it changes ) when you spin the next time. It will change from a flower to a storm cloud or something. You have to look hard to see it. So what you see on screen is predetermined is my guess.
In short, if you are persistent enough and disregard any luck of picking a key.... You will sooner or later get this awardment. No matter how many thousands of odds against doing it 5 times.
In 6 player table pokers, I have literally gotten 4 Royal Flush and 3 Straight Flush, and I not play that much.

Yet in blackjack, the dealer will draw to 20 in an unprecedented amount. It cheets.

If you log in with a good RNG, which as far as I know can't be seen unless someone has figure out a method... You will hit the progressive slot, Royal/straight flush, or a huge win depending on what you are playing. Not due to real odds, but forced odds.

No rhyme or reason to this game. A few hands of blackjack should show that. gives fake casino a bad name.

I just finished this achievement on 03/12/2024. It's an awful grind but the tips from this guide were helpful.

I got the achievement at exactly 5 dead ends (with 3 treasure rooms).
