It’s not my guide but I used this to find all the logs, notes and clues to finish the puzzles. It’s not perfect in describing every log and note but it helped me find the last ones I needed.

Also after the game it will tell you in chapter select how many murals and longs/notes remain for each chapter.

Life story? Less then half of that post was talking about my experience, the rest was giving ideas to stop the achievement from bugging.

If one paragraph that you skimmed over is enough for you to dismiss me as an attention seeker then you must not have a very high attention span my guy.

I contacted Raw Fury's support and they claimed the issue with this achievement would be fixed with the next update. That was a month ago. So maybe we'll just have to have some patience with this one.

Worked fine for me... I missed one log (the two statues in the water) and as soon as I got that in chapter select it popped. So maybe it's fixed... Or I'm just lucky.

Did 100% yesterday, not bugged for me and had no problem just going for the things I missed, but one mural underwater did bug, couldn't picked it up at all until second run

if you're on PC and get stuck when inspecting the gun using mouse and keyboard. plug in a controller and use that to back out.

Ugh. I am missing something on the Sunken level. Seems to be the only you can't back track! The Steam guide is not complete - it does not show full journal.

Posting here in case someone has a similar bug to what I had:
Looked at Chapter Select after starting Chapter 4 and noticed Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 were both at 96% and that the story log at the end of Ch. 2 had a big missing space.

In my case, I had to re-complete Chapter 2 + do the sequence after the constellation puzzle. Upon completing that and starting Chapter 3, I walked through the first 3 or so spoken lines and checked my journal and had a new entry for completing Chapter 2 and starting Chapter 3 that wasn't there the first time I completed those chapters.
